Walking is fun. I like listening to music or podcasts, looking at front yards and flower arrangements, feeling the Vitamin D seep into my skin, seeing my arms go from transparent to a nice shade of light ivory, and sweating my ass off.
Recently I tried to run because I’ve been told it feels good. To me, IT DOES NOT. I think I’m running wrong.
People who run fascinate me. They look very tall and healthy and light. When I run everything compresses and my feet hit the ground very hard. ALSO HOW DO THEY BREATHE?! When I even think about running I need to reach for my inhaler. Do their knees hurt? Does their back hurt? Why does everything hurt when I run? What are they doing that I’m not?
Also who remembers this guy?! What do you think he’s doing now?
